Glasgow Life is looking for a Sales Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent contract. Based at Tramway, the role supports Tramway's contemporary art & performance programme. You will be part of a dedicated team as part of Arts & Music for Glasgow Life.

The role
As a Sales Administrator you'll be part of a supportive and creative team environment, providing a pro-active, visitor focused service for Tramway's contemporary art and performance programme. Responsible for event set-up and ticketing for partners and customers across our multi-artform programme; including artists and theatre companies, national arts companies, commercial promoters and festivals, reporting to the Venue Manager and working alongside an established operations team.
The candidate
If you're interested in joining us as a Sales Administrator you'll need:
1. Proven experience in a customer facing role.
2. Proven experience in using box office or database systems.
3. Experience of working with customer databases, ensuring levels of data protection always maintained.
4. Excellent IT skills - good experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular focus on Excel, Word and Outlook.
5. Flexible approach to working hours is required for this role covering evening shifts and weekend working.

Tramway has great links to public transport. The typical working days are Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility required to cover evenings of performances and events.
