What will you do?
As a Chemical Engineering graduate, you can expect to develop your knowledge and gain experience in a number of these areas:
* Various types of bulk manufacturing including tablet manufacturing, sterile manufacturing and primary manufacturing within pharmaceuticals.
* A range of unit operations including distillation, crystallisation, granulation, and compression.
* Identifying opportunities for safety and environmental improvements.
* Troubleshooting production problems in a manufacturing facility.
* Design, installation, commissioning & validation of new processes & equipment.
* New Product Introduction and Technology transfer.
* Process automation and new technologies e.g. data analytics, AI, Smart and continuous manufacturing.
* Process Safety including hazard identification and risk assessments.
* Process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
* Deliver business critical projects including yield and productivity improvement initiatives.
