Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Northampton Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property services company. This role will be focused on planned maintenance works for residential social housing, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function for planned maintenance projects in residential social housing. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects. Oversee the procurement process, including managing contracts and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.Key Requirements: Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the construction/property services sector, specifically in residential social housing or similar projects. Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, and financial control. Proven track record in managing planned maintenance works. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
