In simple terms you will be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them. You’re a people person with experience of recruiting, managing and leading a team within the home care sector. A full UK drivers’ licence and access to a vehicle is essential, please note that we are unable to offer Visa sponsorship for this role.
