Due to huge product demand an additional Area Sales Manager is sought within a specialist brand of weather protection equipment to the construction sector.
The role of Area Sales Manager will be suited to experienced Sales Managers, Business Development Managers or Account Managers used to dealing with independent dealers, Merchants, Specifiers and Contractors within the construction supply chain. Any exposure to rainwater systems including gutters, downpipes, fascia’s, soffits, or wall coping will be highly advantageous, however all candidates with a working knowledge of manufacturing processes selling manufactured products to construction based clients are encouraged to apply and will be considered on their merit.
The role will report directly to senior management and you will manage your own time autonomously on a fully remote basis with the exception of site based project strategy and personal appraisal meetings. You will be tasked with arming yourself with strong leads using the database of previous clients and the use of specialised software providing real time data on all projects nationally that will require products. You will identify the target contacts arrange calls/meetings and secure orders.

Area Sales Manager
* Proven Sales track record of manufactured products to the construction industry
* Ability to deal with and win business from independent traders, merchants, specifiers and contractors alike.
* Ability to communicate and present at all levels, within commercial and executive settings, remotely and in person.
* Proven self starter, able to generate own leads and manage own schedule with real time resources provided.
* Willingness to travel to client site and main office location as required within the role on an expensed basis.
* Option to use own vehicle or have company car
