Your new company Your new job role will be working for a large facilities company who have recently secured a new university contract within the Nottinghamshire area. Your new role Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems. Complete servicing, filter changes and repairs on Air Conditioning units. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar role. Mechanical or Electrical NVQ. AC qualifications. Experience with Air Conditioning units. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel between campus buildings as needed.
