JOB OVERVIEW
To provide professional and efficient reception duties and administrative support to all members of the team, as and when required.
OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Call handling on switchboard.
* Taking messages and dealing with queries effectively and efficiently.
* Greet all personal callers, representatives, and visitors in a polite, friendly, professional manner.
* Co-ordinate safe entrance and exit of all representatives and visitors to ensure they are signed in and out and no unauthorised person gains access.
* Visitor catering arrangements.
* Receiving and correctly distributing incoming mail.
* Collating and dispatching outgoing mail.
* Assistance in preparation of materials for events.
* Monitor general stationary levels and prepare monthly orders for purchase.
* Accommodation and travel bookings, where required using company credit card.
* Maintaining an organised and well-maintained reception area.
* Support with general administrative duties including general typing and photocopying/scanning duties.
* To carry out all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
* To attend any mandatory training as required for your role.
* To carry out other such similar duties that may be reasonably required by your line manager.
To be successful in this role we are looking for:

EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience of working in a reception area or similar or proven experience in a customer service role.
