Salary: up to 95k + Package
My client is looking for a Senior Construction Manager. The Senior Construction Manager will be working for a Tier 1 Main building contractor, overseeing the fit-out of a large prestigious hotel project in London. The Senior Construction Manager will have Tier 1 contractor experience and will be responsible for running packages worth 29m in internal works.
The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for:
1. 5 years experience as a Senior Construction Manager
2. Hotel refurbishment / large high spec residential experience
3. MCIOB qualification
Suitable candidates may have held roles such as:
1. Package Manager
2. Senior Construction Manager
3. Construction Manager
4. Senior Site Manager
