A highly established organisation is looking to add a member to their IT Helpdesk team, to assist users with 1st line issues.
Duties will include:
1. Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of software and IT issues
2. Setting up new users' hardware and applications
3. Provide excellent customer service
We are looking for:

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good understanding of IT Systems
6. Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
