Job Summary
We are seeking a construction Recruiter/trainee to join our team and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates across various roles within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Utilise lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Engage in social media management to attract candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HRIS systems like Salesforce is advantageous
