We are a small pub company that currently has 2 other sites in our little company, The Anglesey Arms in Goodwood and The George in Rowlands Castle. We are taking on this site during these exciting times of the refurbishment to bring this adorable pub in line with the potential it contains within.
The Plough is a beautiful pub located in the foothills of The Surrey Hills in between Leatherhead and Guildford. Effingham is a picturesque village, with a real mixture of traditional older houses and a handful of new estates that are being developed surrounding the village, along with a parade of independent shops.
The pub is going to be benefiting from significant investment in Jan 2025, to help accentuate the traditional pub charm of the building and to elevate the large outdoor space.
