The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality digital products that support the college’s systems solutions. This role involves engaging with customers, analysing data, and creating comprehensive reports that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the college. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of systems solutions by analysing, developing, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining high-quality digital products. Engage and communicate with customers throughout the development of systems solutions. Use understanding of college processes to inform the development of reporting solutions that continually improve the college’s efficiency and effectiveness. Provide expert support to the college for MIS and ancillary systems. Ensure data, reporting, and system health is monitored and action is taken in a timely and well-communicated manner to resolve any problems. Work to agreed project and development deadlines. Assist in evolving new and improved processes to meet business requirements. To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you: Experience of working as a report writer in a SQL environment. Ability to interpret and present complex concepts, data, and information. Hands on experience with database, business intelligence, systems integration, and application development tools and technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience of developing reports and solutions to meet consumer needs Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. A good standard of basic education (Maths and English GCSE pass or equivalent) Educated to Level 3.
