Principal Planning Officer - £43,421 - £45,441 Link to Policy Role description and person specification As a Principal Planning Officer in Strategic Planning, you will play a leading role in coordinating and delivering up-to-date planning frameworks for Wiltshire. Were looking for an experienced planner who can lead teams to deliver complex projects involved with reviewing the Local Plan or key topics such as employment, housing and renewable energy. Your creativity and project management skills will be key, as will engaging communities and stakeholders, to support appropriate and sustainable development in Wiltshire. Our ideal candidate will hold a planning related degree and higher qualification accredited by the RTPI, together with post-qualification experience working on significant strategic planning policy matters and preparation of local plans.
