* Location:Manchester / Liverpool
* Hours Per Week:Monday - Friday 40 Hours
* Job Type:Permanent / Full Time
The Project Manager shall:
* Plan and manage more complex and specialist projects
* Review incoming projects and allocate the necessary internal staff resource
* Identify and interpret project design criteria and engage specialist sub-contractors and personnel toidentify solutions for implementation
* Form the main point of contact between the Client, Stakeholders and Graham team
* Engage sub-contractors and support the Commercial team in surveying sites prior to construction
* Ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively planned, monitored and controlled
* Deliver project within programme and budget
* Provide support and guidance to the Project Managers and delivery team
* Ensure all Company Procedures are being complied with
* Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are followed
* Be responsible for achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on site
* Ensure adherence to site specific protocol and procedures
* Manage and monitor sub-contractors
* Schedule and chair regular progress meetings and compile progress reports for presentation to theClient
* Schedule and chair regular sub-contractor meetings as required
* Compile and distribute project meeting minutes
* Attend and provide input on regular contract meetings with the Client
* Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate
* Positively promote the company wherever and whenever possible
* Compile and submit O&M manuals upon project completion
About You
Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrate previous experience in a Project Management role
* Demonstrate strong communication and management skills
* Experience of MEP systems
* Experience in the delivery of commercial projects up to a value of £1mil
* Ability to manage and deliver numerous concurrent projects of varying financial values and scope
* Ability to plan and programme projects using MS Project
* Excellent IT skills I.E Microsoft Office
* Excellent presentation skills
