Job description: Warrants Administrator
Location: Paisley Town Centre (PA1)
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. 5 x 8 hours shifts (Mon-Fri): 08:30 until 17:00.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule appointments for Warrant Officers and third parties.
2. Arrange court times by coordinating with courts and warrant officers.
3. Attend virtual court hearings.
4. Oversee daily warrant visits as planned.
5. Work with external colleagues to ensure visits meet client needs.
6. Review and send out warrant paperwork to keep applications and actions on track.
7. Provide clients with updates and reports on time, following set processes.
8. Address questions from warrant officers, third party suppliers, and clients quickly and effectively.
9. Meet or exceed company standards, targets, and goals.
10. Use in-house systems efficiently.
11. Keep customer accounts and records accurate and up to date.

Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in an administrative role and must be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a commitment to maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional service.
1. At least 3 years of administration experience.
2. High level of attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

10. Experience within the financial/collections sector is desirable but not essential.
