Job Description
3. Efficiently manage executive schedules and coordinate meetings
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
5. Conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-organised manner
6. Manage and maintain databases and filing systems
7. Implement and monitor systems to ensure smooth operations within the department
8. Liaise with internal departments and communicate with clients
9. Facilitate internal communication protocols
10. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
11. Relevant educational qualifications related to Secretarial & Business Support
12. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the property sector
13. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
14. High level of verbal and written communication skills
15. Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
