This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional seeking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, leading a team, and shaping sales strategies to align with the company’s ambitious 5-year plan.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will take full responsibility for sales leadership, business development, and client care. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and nurturing both new and existing customer relationships
2. Developing and delivering sales strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions
3. Establishing effective sales processes to maximise efficiency and results
4. Leading, coaching, and developing the internal sales/account management team
5. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
6. Anticipating customer needs and creating added value solutions
7. Overseeing quotations, proposals, and cost breakdowns
8. Collaborating closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive sales professional with experience in technical / engineered sales. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in sales leadership, account management, and business development. Possess experience working with long sales cycles and selling into complex markets. Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Our client is offering a competitive salary of Circa £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Additional Benefits.
