As a Relief Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to keep our services clean, hygienic, and homely. Whether you’re refreshing communal areas or assisting service users in maintaining their personal spaces, your work will directly contribute to their wellbeing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Keeping all areas clean to CrossReach’s high standards.
2. Supporting other team members with housekeeping tasks.
3. Working flexibly as needed, based on the service’s needs.
4. Helping service users maintain their personal space in line with their care plans.
5. Learning new skills, attending training, and being part of a friendly, supportive team.
What You’ll Bring:

2. A caring and respectful approach to working in a social care environment.
3. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & internet use).
4. No previous experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training.

As a Christian organisation, you will need to have a respect for all aspects of Christian worship.
You will also need to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.
