We are therefore piloting sending interview questions to candidates in advance. This vacancy is within one of our pilot areas; therefore, if you are invited for an interview, you will receive your interview questions in advance of your interview date. Feedback on this process will also be requested to help our teams understand and evaluate your recruitment experience.
