Job Purpose: To co-ordinate access to and provision of information, advocacy, assessment, planning and family support in collaboration with the other services for children and families.
SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or professional qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Education, Community Education, Nursing or equivalent.
Proven experience of working with children and families.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
