Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
We are looking for an individual experienced in reactive drainage who can support the Branch Manager and Director with the day-to-day operations of the Franchise. This is perfect for anyone who is currently or has previously worked in domestic & commercial reactive drainage, who is looking for more of an office-based role.
What does it entail?
The role is a supervisory role overseeing the engineering team and the day-to-day running of the drainage business.
You will be the ‘go to’ person for any escalations, technical issues, project plans, and larger scale works. The role requires someone with proven office management experience who is capable of organising and managing a very busy office. Full duties but not exclusive to:
* Day-to-day management of the office
* Provide support to team members
* Liaising with Engineers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
* Planning and scheduling works to be completed
* Processing quotations
* Assist the Branch manager with organising vehicle repairs and maintenance
What are we looking for?
* Previous office management experience
* Good understanding of Health and Safety
* Willingness to complete SSSTS course, and possibly SMSTS
* Ability to write detailed reports and documentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and positive character, able to motivate a team
* Able to build lasting working relationships across the board - within the Franchise and wider business
* Role involves some on-call work (managing the phone some week days between 5 and 7pm and some weekends)
* Able to commute to EX2 area
