Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 Per Day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: After February 2025 Half Term

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a key role in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson delivery, working closely with students to provide academic support, and helping to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Whether you have experience in a similar role or are looking to start your journey in education, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills.
What you have to do as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students.
* Encourage students to develop confidence and independence in their learning.
* Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining an organised classroom.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a respectful learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
* Work collaboratively with staff to enhance students' educational experience.
TA Requirements:
* CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or a related qualification.
* A degree in Psychology, Education or in a similar field.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A patient, proactive, and supportive approach to working with students.
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
