EYFS Teacher
Location: Brigg, North Lincolnshire
Daily Pay: £130 – £180
Contract: Supply; Full or Part Time
Availability: ASAP; Easter term 2025
GSL Education are an independent recruitment provider, currently seeking a outstanding, sufficiently skilled EYFS teacher in Brigg, to start working immediately or Easter term placements alike.
Job Requirements, as an EYFS Teacher:
* PGCE in Primary Education with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS); or equivalent qualification.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or similar.
* Minimum three months of work experience within an Early Years or Nursery setting; employed within the last two years.
* Be knowledgeable of the EYFS curriculum, principles, and practice.
* Experience or understanding of behaviours linked to additional needs.
* A child workforce, enhanced DBS on the Update Service; or be willing to have one processed, externally or through GSL itself (uCheck affiliated).
Job Role and Responsibilities, as an EYFS Teacher:
* To work closely with the classroom teacher to support Early Years children in thriving and learning within a SEN specialist environment.
* To assist in the delivery of play-based learning activities, which contribute to the overall learning and development of children.
* To support children on a 1:1 and small group basis.
* To establish rapport and respectful, trusting relationships and communicate effectively with children and their families and carers.
* To provide academic, emotional, and physical support to pupils where appropriate, including the delivery of personal care where appropriate.
