Time Recruitment is searching for a Nursing Home Manager for a rated top 20 large national group with 22 years' experience in the care sector. With continued growth and excellent standards and reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader in the health and social care field!
This service has been recently acquired and has 30 beds providing support for elderly people requiring general nursing, dementia, mental health issues, residential, and respite care across 2 floors. It boasts a good rating with CQC; plans are underway to expand the service, making it an exciting time to join as the Nursing Home Manager and assist the longstanding team in place!

As a Nursing Home Manager here, you will be heavily supported by a larger-than-average MDT team consisting of administration teams, deputy home manager, hospitality, and housekeeping teams who promote excellence and luxury senior living.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants for the Nursing Home Manager role require experience in the elderly care sector, experience managing CQC inspections, and pushing for an outstanding CQC rating. Ideally, candidates should have an NMC pin, although this is not essential for the position.
