Description
Oversee the financial operations for the business.
Manage a small Finance team of 3 people and offer support and guidance when necessary.
Develop and implement financial strategies and policies
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including profit & loss account, consolidated reporting pack, inventory depreciation report and inter company matching report.
Accounting for Fixed Assets, accruals and prepayments and inventory.
Sales/margin analysis and review
Review of VAT returns, PAYE payments, P11'd's and other HMRC returns.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Analyse market trends to maximise profits and find expansion opportunities
Full end to end management account packs.
