This role will oversee the UK HR function from organisational development through recruitment to performance and employee relations, with dual reporting to the UK General Manager and the Europe Regional HR Team. Working with an HR & Admin Executive, you’ll ensure compliance with UK employment law and drive a high-performance culture in line with POP MART’s growth. Responsibilities Strategic HR Planning & Recruitment Work closely with leadership to develop staffing strategies that support our ambitious growth plans Own the full recruitment cycle - from writing job descriptions to extending offers Create and implement employee onboarding programs that reflect POP MART's unique culture People Development & Performance Drive our learning and development initiatives, focusing on both role-specific skills and leadership capabilities Support managers through the performance review process, ensuring fair and constructive feedback Identify training needs and organise targeted workshops and development sessions Employee Relations & Compliance Handle day-to-day employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with UK employment law Keep our HR policies current and compliant with UK regulations Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees Operations & Administration Oversee monthly payroll processing and benefits administration Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality Manage HR budget and track key metrics Line manage HR & Admin Executive, providing guidance and development opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field CIPD qualified or working towards qualification 4 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role Experience in retail or fast-paced consumer goods industry with high volume frontline recruitment focus Experience in managing UK payroll Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills Desirable but Not Essential Previous experience in a high-growth company Experience with international HR operations Experience in managing HR budgets and forecasting Your Application If the opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV via “Apply Now” or email to uk.hrpopmart.com.
