Job Description What you'll do This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skill base and join us as a Children’s Complex Care Assistant. You can use your complex skills to support clients in tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. This role is regarding a 3-year-old little boy who suffers from chronic kidney disease and cerebral palsy. He will be under your supervisor throughout the night managing repositioning, his nasogastric tube and medication. He loves listening to music and he's also very engaging as he likes to interact with people, especially with his family and two dogs.
