About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst to work in several NSE Confidentiality, Privacy and Security projects. Within the role, you will be tasked with working with multiple stakeholders and teams spread across multiple geographies. You will be working closely with the project manager(s) & the Programme Manager on these initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Collect, review, and consolidate existing ISO 27001 policies from various geographical locations.
* Analyse and compare policies to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas of non-alignment.
* Collaborate closely with a policy writing specialist to address identified issues and finalise a comprehensive and unified policy document.
* Liaise with subject matter experts within the NSE group to review and gain approval on the final policy wording.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and requirements documentation.
* Lead stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring clear communication and timely sign-offs on project deliverables.
* Proactively identify, document, and manage project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and issues (RAID).
* Monitor and track project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
* Support the transition of the harmonised policy into operational processes following project completion.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record of delivering successful projects within a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrable experience in working with ISO 27001 or other relevant information security management systems (ISMS).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with Confidentiality, Privacy and Security, regulatory compliance programmes, and Second Line of Defence is highly desirable.
* Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment would be advantageous.
Desired (project/industry) experience
* Ideally will have worked in a partnership before or at Deloitte.
* Should have experience managing policy and compliance Projects.
