We are now looking for an IT Project Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high quality.
Specifically, you will get involved with software development initiatives, infrastructure rollouts and smaller technical projects, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. You will also act as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users, facilitating clear and consistent communication, while aligning project goals with organisational needs.
Additionally, you will:
1. Work with technical leads to co-ordinate resources and prioritise deliverables
2. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date
3. Continuously review and improve project management processes
4. Champion Agile methodologies, promoting iterative development
5. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to drive progress
About You
To be considered as an IT Project Manager, you will need:
1. Robust project management methodology experience
2. A deep understanding of Agile practices, user stories, and stakeholder engagement
3. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Self-discipline
5. Excellent organisational skills
