Sales Manager High-Value Sales Kenect recruitment are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our clients high-value sales team in a fast growing business. This is a key role focused on driving outbound sales, implementing procedures, managing CRM and KPIs, and motivating a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and global reach Manage, coach, and motivate a growing sales team (currently six, with plans for expansion) Oversee and optimize CRM usage to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize efficiency Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to ensure a strong, results-driven team Drive outbound sales strategy to generate leads, close deals, and establish long-term client relationships Achieve company objectives by planning with Directors, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and providing daily team updates Represent the company with expert knowledge of our offerings and industry trends Ensure company quotas are met through daily check-ins, coaching, and performance monitoring Manage month-end and year-end close processes What Were Looking For: 5 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams Proven track record of success throughout the entire sales process, from planning to closing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong leadership ability with the capacity to inspire and drive results Ability to identify knowledge gaps and implement training to improve team performance A data-driven mindset, able to analyse KPIs and make informed decisions to optimize sales What We Offer: Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 unlimited earning potential A high-growth, dynamic work environment with clear career progression opportunities Skills: Sales Management Sales manager Telesales Manager Sales Leader
