What you'll be doing:
1. You will be handling all incoming calls and enquiries from both landlords and tenants.
2. Conducting property inspections, inventory reports, and assisting with move-ins and viewings.
3. Maintaining accurate records and databases, managing all utility queries.
4. Assisting with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Where you'll be doing it:
Our client is a large lettings company which was founded over 25 years ago.
What you'll need:
1. Experience of conducting property check-ins and checking inventories in a sales environment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Full UK driving license and own car.
