Event Marketing Lead - 12 Month Contract - B2B SaaS - London (Hybrid Working)
Robert Half have partnered with a global B2B SaaS business who's platform specialises in data and AI security. They have experienced rapid growth across the globe and have a customer base of over 14,000 clients.
We are looking for an an experience Event Marketing Lead to have ownership of their industry leading community and lead across ,multiple areas of event strategy and execution: social media. email marketing, marketing ops, content, event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute hosted events such as roundtables, forums, workshops, and networking activities
2. Represent the Connect Community, engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders
3. Build and maintain relationships with community ambassadors and chapter chairs
4. Develop comprehensive event plans, including scheduling, content, speaker coordination, catering, and attendee management
5. Manage the Connect Community budget, ensuring accurate resource allocation
6. Collaborate with Field Marketers across EMEA to support regional event needs
7. Optimise processes to improve collaboration and event delivery
8. Report on performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
9. Occasionally travel to support and oversee events, if desired
Required Experience and Skills:
10. 3+ years as a marketing leader, preferably in B2B SaaS
11. Proficiency in performance metrics analysis and reporting; Salesforce experience preferred
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
13. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
14. Creative problem-solving abilities and budgeting skills
15. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
