Join Our Team: Lead and Inspire in Travel Claims
We seek a dynamic Claims Manager to lead our Travel Claims department, shaping service delivery and exceeding performance targets. This role reports to the Head of Travel Claims.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and excellence. Drive customer experience.
* Leading & Coaching: Support Team Managers to achieve operational excellence, manage claims costs, and lead meetings.
* Motivation & Development: Coach, develop, and support career growth through Personal Development Plans.
* Drive Results: Ensure team meets and exceeds business objectives focusing on quality and efficiency.
* Create a High-Performance Culture: Develop an engaging environment aligned with Allianz’s vision.
* Resource & Support: Allocate resources, plan overtime, provide guidance on complex claims, and escalate issues when needed.
