In this position, you will:
• Develop, implement, and support technical systems including network infrastructure, servers, storage solutions, and databases
• Evaluate and select new technology using technical expertise in areas such as network management, Linux, Windows, cloud infrastructure and/or database administration
• Configure and implement cloud services and hybrid architectures
• Implement and integrate enterprise-wide systems that meet Agency goals
• Mentor junior engineers to support their skill development and professional growth
• Continuously develop your skills through agency-paid professional development opportunities
Successful candidates will have:
• 5+ years of technical experience in administration, database administration, cloud technology, or networking
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems on a variety of operating systems
• Ability to interpret business needs and recommend technical solutions that meet those needs
• Knowledge of security best practices and standards
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, sufficient to explain complex technical problems to diverse audiences

Work Environment
• This position works a hybrid schedule with a few days per week onsite at our office
• Works in a typical office environment with considerable time in a sitting, stationary position
• Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment including typing and keying
• Must be able to occasionally move around the office to retrieve files and documents
• Frequently communicate with team members; must be able to exchange accurate information accordingly
• Occasional travel required
• Some nights and weekends required
