Are you an experienced Client Services Team Lead that is passionate about cultivating strong relationships and driving success? As the Client Services Team Lead at Giftpro, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing support of our clients on the Giftpro platform. You will manage a growing team, currently expanding to 4 members, and oversee our fulfilment operations to meet and exceed client expectations. This role requires a blend of B2B and B2C skills, as you will also provide customer service to the end purchasers of vouchers. Collaboration with account managers and the product director will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the client services team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
* Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto the Giftpro platform.
* Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring their continued successful operation.
