Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Manager located in Bournemouth at BJM Ltd. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing contract activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing negotiations, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will handle contract documentation, budgeting, and risk assessment.

* Strong understanding of contract regulations and compliance

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
* Previous experience in the building industry is mandatory
* Previous experience in fire doors is a bonus
