This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts receivable role where they have gained knowledge and experience of payroll, book keeping, cash book or a bank reconciliation. Provide a professional service, following procedures to ensure they operate accurately and efficiently. Daily raising of cheques and electronic payments for pension schemes. Ensuing all signatures are checked and returned to administrators within a set deadline. Maintain cashbooks for pension schemes using CashFac, SAGE and Aviary accounting systems. Your profile Essential Criteria Good Level of education with a minimum Grade B in GCSE Maths. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel. Previous office- based experience in Finance/ Accounting related roles is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Background in purchase ledger and banking clerk would be welcome. Experience handling of payment requisitions or knowledge of accounting/ cashiering package would be highly desirable Great communicator. Well organised and attention to detail.
