Smart Solutions are currently working with a leading Supply Chain organisation based in Kettering who are looking for Stock Clerks to start with them ASAP on an ongoing basis.
Pay:
£13:10
Shift:
08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, however some flexibility is required to cover weekends when the business requires it.
Job Purpose:
* To ensure the smooth and efficient entry of all stock & location data, to prepare and check all stock reports and maintain the integrity of the stock systems.
* To undertake in a safe, effective, and efficient manner the accurate and controlled recording and distribution of data/ information by way of manual or computer systems. To maintain office control and filing systems relating to the administrative support of the contract.
Key Accountabilities:
* Produce reports as requested by line managers
* Demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem solving
* Deal with incoming / outgoing calls politely and confidently.
* Contribute effectively in a team environment
* Attend any departmental training as required
