The Role
As a National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of major grocery accounts, including Tesco, Co-op, and Morrisons. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic plans, and executing best-in-class activations to maximize growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Full P&L ownership for key grocery accounts
✔️ Develop and implement customer strategies to drive distribution, availability, and promotional performance
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
✔️ Lead trade activations, shopper marketing initiatives, and ESG-driven projects
✔️ Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities
✔️ Work cross-functionally with marketing, category, and supply chain teams
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years of grocery account management experience
✅ Ideally experience working with Tesco (at least 1 year preferred)
✅ Strong commercial and numerical acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
✅ A passion for FMCG and an entrepreneurial mindset
✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
