Role Specification: Supervise room attendants, linen porters, and public area cleaners. Ensure high standards of cleanliness in both guest rooms and public areas. Conduct regular inspections, reporting maintenance issues via Snapfix. Assist in training and induction of new team members. Liaise with Reception about guest requests, room changes, or VIP needs. Perform audits, record equipment conditions, and ensure functionality of room appliances. Complete stock takes and hand paperwork to management. Report maintenance issues, accidents, and hazards promptly. Person Specification: Essentials Proven housekeeping experience in a similar setting. Previous managerial experience in a similar role. Friendly, conscientious, and positive attitude. Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritise tasks effectively. Desirables Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
