About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic fully qualified teacher to join a thriving school community in the Barking area. This role involves working with students from Early Years up to Key Stage 2, supporting their learning and development. Key Responsibilities
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and conduct effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for primary education.
Support Student Development: Present both academic and personal growth, creating a comfortable classroom environment.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with school staff, parents, and caregivers, keeping them informed of each child’s progress.
Implement Differentiated Instruction: Tailor learning strategies to meet the needs of all students.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 (both is ideal).
Classroom Management: Strong skills in creating a productive learning environment.
Passion for Education: A commitment to nurturing each student’s potential in a supportive yet challenging setting.
Location: Based in East London or willing to commute.
DBS Check: Valid DBS on the update service (we can assist if needed).
