Customer Service Assistant – Alderley Edge
Hourly Rate: £13
Vita Student offers a variety of studios to suit our students' lives with the privacy of living alone or the laughter of living together. We provide style, luxury & comfort to our residents, surrounded by premium amenities and a vibrant city life. We’re looking for our next Customer Service Assistant to help us deliver both on & off-site events.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide an exceptional & personalised service to students by anticipating and delivering to their needs; offering information on local attractions, and handling enquiries with a focus on creating a seamless and positive experience:
* Front of House / Reception; greet and welcome residents and guests.
* Be on hand for questions which may arise.
* Ensure our facilities are looked after respectfully by residents & guests.
* Deliver solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
Event Management: We run our resident experience events 5 nights a week. On-Site events can include activities such as cocktail/mocktail making, crafting, yoga, fitness classes, and games nights:
* Promote events and confirm guest list attendance.
* Prepare & deliver events with a lively approach.
* Close down events, cleaning and tidying all equipment as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain all communal areas to a high standard.
* Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours surveying and reporting every area of the building.
* Replenish refreshment stock as required.
* Be a point of contact for any potential incident or emergency.
* Manage & store parcels correctly for students.

* An experienced customer service professional.
* Event management experience is a significant advantage; training is provided.
* Demonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
* Must be technologically astute.
