This role involves providing essential administrative support to Fee Earners, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process. Key Responsibilities: Handle calls from clients, solicitors, and agents, providing quotes and taking instructions. Open files and carry out necessary ID and Money Laundering checks. Obtain redemption figures, title documentation, and prepare contract documentation. Apply for searches and report on findings, addressing additional enquiries as required. Assist with mortgage reporting, exchange of contracts, and post-exchange administration. Maintain diaries, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with all processes. Type correspondence, manage case files using the Case Management system, and ensure professional communication with clients.
