Logistics Coordinator Location: Ipswich outskirts Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive Day to Day of the Role: Support the right first-time delivery of all contracts by ensuring that all elements required are available on each site primarily including labour, materials, and plant equipment. Check accuracy and issue the production Daily Diary detailing client, site address, labour, materials, and plant equipment. React and respond as required to short-term changes in site requirements or conditions. Record the actual volumes of material deliveries to all sites. Prepare and collate information required for site inductions. Arrange accommodation for delivery teams as required. Maintain and update company trackers. Arrange accommodation for employees. Run and produce department reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Highly organised with a keen attention to detail. Confident phone manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
