* Install and Innovate – Visiting customer sites to set up state-of-the-art voice and data services, ensuring seamless connectivity.
* Troubleshoot Like a Pro – Resolving issues with hands-on support after initial triage by our Service Operations team.
* Configure and Customise – Bringing hardware to life by configuring it to meet specific customer requirements.
* Be the Link – Acting as the go-to expert in customer comms rooms, offering smart hands support for our wider engineering initiatives.
