We’re seeking a talented, dynamic, creative and tech savvy digital marketeer to join our innovative marketing team and help us drive new client acquisition and enhance our brand following. This role is pivotal in helping maintain the distinctive style and substance of our brand alongside securing business growth and increasing our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating engaging, persuasive content that will drive website visits and increase customer enquiries from online sources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including paid and organic social media, PPC, and digital content marketing.
* Create engaging and high-quality digital content tailored to different audiences and channels, including videos, social media posts, and email campaigns working with other members of the team and external agencies as required.
* Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to maximise ROI and drive traffic, enquiries and sales.
* Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform PPC campaigns and improve search engine rankings.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM.
* Help with SEO improvements on a technical basis to support the marketing function.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support broader business goals.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
* Assist in other marketing activities as needed, demonstrating a willingness to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the marketing department.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns across various channels.
* Expertise in paid and organic social media marketing, digital content creation, and PPC.
* Sound experience with HubSpot or similar CRM, including the development of marketing automation.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for image and video editing.
* Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager and BI Tools.
* Previous experience with Meta Business Suite.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* A working knowledge of SEO best practice with the ability to develop and learn new skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proven track record in driving new client acquisition and enhancing brand following.
* Travel experience a bonus but not essential.
* Educated to degree level or with proven commercial experience.

T&Cs
Hours of work: 09:00–17:30 hours, Monday to Thursday and 09:00–17:00 Friday.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in Cirencester, 2 days remote).
Out of Hours Requirements: Very occasional weekends and evenings if attending an event or travelling abroad on familiarisation trips.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Dependant on experience + team performance bonus.
Paid Holidays: 22 days per annum.
