Parts Sales Executive Job Title: Parts Sales Executive Location: Liverpool Basic: £30,500 Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Days of work: Monday to Friday About Us: My client, a leading HGV Main Dealership renowned for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They pride themselves on industry expertise and exceptional service, offering customers top-quality parts and support for their Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs). They are now seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Sales Executive to become an integral part of the teams success. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Proactively promote and sell a wide range of HGV parts and accessories to both existing and potential customers. Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge. Customer Service: Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the correct parts and information for their needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring the availability of parts, and ordering as necessary. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient parts distribution. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest HGV parts and accessories, including new products and promotions. Provide technical support and guidance to customers where needed. Quotations and Invoicing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers. Ensure timely and correct invoicing for all parts sales. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service department and other team members to provide seamless customer service and achieve business goals.Requirements: Proven experience in a parts sales role, ideally within the automotive or HGV sector. Strong knowledge of HGV parts and accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
