We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our established Parts Direct team. Your primary goal will be to embody Finning’s commitment to provide consistently exceptional customer experiences. As the first point of contact of our Parts department, you will handle incoming inquiries, understand customer needs deeply, and efficiently guide them to resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
