As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and operations. Role Overview: The Finance Director will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, overseeing all financial aspects of the business. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable growth, ensuring financial stability, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will lead the finance function, delivering insights and strategies that support the company’s vision of excellence and innovation in luxury manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support short- and long-term goals. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to guide business decisions and maximize profitability. Manage financial risks, implement robust internal controls, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Drive cost optimization across the business while maintaining quality and operational excellence. Oversee pricing strategies to ensure profitability while aligning with the brand's luxury positioning. Partner with production and sales teams to optimize inventory and supply chain financial performance. Evaluate and manage capital investment opportunities to support innovation and expansion. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors. Stay abreast of industry trends, tax regulations, and economic developments impacting the business. Key Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing or luxury goods sectors but all backgrounds considered. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to develop financial strategies and manage complex budgets. Hands-on experience in cost management, margin analysis, and inventory control. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and influence. Proficient in financial systems and tools, with a strong understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
