Summary The Manager of Pharmacy will be an expert in pharmacy operations and medication-use systems. This role will take on advanced responsibilities in the areas of pharmacy operations, compliance, technician and pharmacist oversight and training, medication compounding and preparation, as well as education related to all aspects of pharmacy operations. The Manager of Pharmacy is responsible for leading and managing associated personnel, programs, services, and operations. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to staff, students, interns, and residents who provide inpatient pharmacy patient care. Furthermore, the incumbent will ensure pharmacy purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and overall supply chain management systems are operating efficiently. Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with PharmD Minimum Work Experience 3 years of management or lead experience in a hospital pharmacy Experience with project management Significant clinical experience Required Licenses/Certifications Registered as a pharmacist in the state of Vermont Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to use PI tools for different projects/workshops. Detailed oriented, yet also understands bigger picture. Able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong knowledge and experience with personal computers and all Microsoft Office products. Annual Salary Range $131,000 - $210,000 PM24
